This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for excavating and gravel work at Summit Bechtel Reserve, Glen Jean, WV. Payment will be made by the contracting officer. Progress payments will be made monthly as work proceeds, based on estimates of work accomplished. Final payment will be made after completion and acceptance of all work.
Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the government considering only price and price related factors.

Offers providing less than 10 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected. Failure to comply with bid bond requirements may lead to rejection.
