Surveys in the Little Snake Field Office, Moffat County, CO. Quotes are due by **** hours, Mountain Daylight Time, on 07/22/2025. The quote must include an SF ****, schedule of items, responses to technical evaluation factors, and contact information for an individual with the authority to bind. Questions can be submitted via email until 07/11/2025. Interested vendors may visit the site at their own convenience. The contract period is from February 15, 2026 to June 30, 2026. The
survey area is approximately 4,703 acres, divided into Douglas Mountain, Dry Gulch, and Thornburgh Gulch. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment to conduct
surveys, identify pinyon jays and raptors, and submit reports and data in specified formats. The contractor must submit an operations plan for approval at least three weeks prior to starting field work. The government will conduct periodic inspections. Payment will be based on the government's inspection results. Fieldwork reports are due within 14 days after the completion of fieldwork at each project area. Shapefiles for
survey tracks, observation locations, and nest locations with associated data are due within 14 days after the completion of fieldwork at each project area. The final report is due within 21 days after the completion of all project
surveys. Additional documents are required, including
survey protocol and maps. Participation criteria include experience in similar projects, technical capability, and price. The government intends to award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government intends to award based on lowest price technically acceptable.
