Latest US Vestibular Contracts & Bids

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), San Francisco VA Medical Center, intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to E3 Diagnostics on a sole-source basis for the procurement of medical and surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. The contract includes providing the VA with an Orion reclining rotary chair with water and air irrigators and all associated equipment, along with installation, maintenance, and training. Interested parties must submit their capability statement in writing by Friday, August 29, 2025, 12:30 PM PST. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

The contract includes installation of the equipment by the contractor and VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) healthcare technology management. The contractor shall coordinate with VA point of contact for the installation of the new equipment and to provide technical and training support. The contractor shall deliver the goods within 90 calendar days or less from the date of award, unless otherwise directed by the contracting officer. The computerized dynamic posturography system with VR should be equipped with a comprehensive package of immersive virtual stimuli with feedback capabilities. The immersive virtual environment should include a variety of real-time adjustable parameters. Must have over 180-degree horizontal field of view, over 90-degree vertical field of view. Must be built with an ergonomic, low-step profile for easy patient access. Must include clinician area with wireless remote controls. Must include bariatric harness. Must include HSSOT option. Must include at least a one-year base warranty with an extended warranty option. Offers must show the solicitation number, time specified for receipt of offers, name, address, and telephone number of the offeror, technical description of the items being offered, terms of any express warranty, price and any discount terms, remit to address (if different than mailing address), completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR ****, acknowledgment of solicitation amendments, past performance information, and if the offer is not submitted on SF ****, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

Bid solicitation for Trek bikes, open informal bid, micro purchase, awarded as a whole or by line item, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Delivery is 30 days.
