The bid submission deadline for opening is June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. All bids must be returned to the Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing via mail or in person.

Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.

The manufacturers standard warranty will apply unless otherwise stated in the solicitation.

If the bidder needs to submit a change, question, exception, or modification to any aspect of the bid specifications, terms, conditions, or bidder instructions, it must be done in written form submitted to the Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing prior to the bid opening date.

Failure to sign below in ink shall disqualify bid. Failure to comply with the request to enclose sufficient literature when bidding other than the requested brand and product number or style may eliminate your bid from consideration. Bids received without the printed name and signature of the person submitting the quotation and pricing shall be deemed as nonresponsive.

The statement of work indicates a one-time equipment purchase with a performance period for delivery and training. Specific delivery dates will be detailed in Attachment A, and contractors are required to notify the Contracting Officer in writing if a scheduled delivery cannot be met, explaining the reason and providing a firm commitment for completion. Interested firms must be registered in the SAM system for award management to be eligible for award of government contracts. Additionally, any SDVOSB firm responding must provide proof of registration in the VA VetBiz or SBA Vet Cert prior to submission of offers to a solicitation.
