This is a Request for Information (RFI) seeking technologies and products for individual signature management. PDM SCIE is interested in a modular system of concealment solutions effective across multiple spectral bands (VIS, NIR, LWIR, MWIR, Radar, SWIR) and diverse environments (arid, desert, woodland, jungle, arctic, extreme cold). Specific form factors include overgarments, hide sites, headcovers, hasty solutions, and extremity concealment. Vendors are requested to submit a white paper addressing company information, capabilities, technical specifications, and manufacturing/cost details. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) are optional and must be received by June 30, 2026. Questions are due by June 5, 2026. This RFI does not commit the government to a contract.

49th Exercise Support - The California Army National Guard ( CAARNG) Region IX Homeland Response Force ( HRF) requires services to support training exercises to meet regulatory requirements and skills implementation. These services would provide the needed moulage support,
Exercise Support Services The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for supported collective training exercises ( SCTE) and external evaluations ( EXEVAL). This includes contractor role players, moulage, weighted manikins with clothing, simulants ( glogerm), a lumber package, real- world medical support ( 2 ambulances), and structural collapse venue site ( SCVS) rubble pile reset. Services also include latrine support and catered meals.
