The owner and architect may enter upon the project site and review or inspect the work without formality or other procedure. The contractor must provide a detailed critical path CPM schedule for timely completing the work. The schedule must be updated no less frequently than monthly. The contractor must comply with the requirements of exhibit F, minimum requirements for contractor's schedule of construction.
