Existing tile may be installed on a mud bed, requiring concrete leveling after demolition. MEP upgrades are limited to the restrooms and drinking fountains. Work will be phased to maintain building operations. Phase 1 includes MEP work, door hardware replacement, and restroom renovations; Phases 2 and 3 include interior finish work.
