Sealed bids are due by July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM for hyperbaric chamber supplies on a time & materials basis. Bids must be submitted in writing to the buyer. Communications with anyone other than the buyer regarding this solicitation are prohibited. All bids are governed by state finance law sections 139j and 139k. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be F. O. B. destination and include delivery within doors. The contract period is 5 years, with possible extensions. Prices must remain firm for the duration of the contract. Samples may be required. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.

The successful bidder warrants equipment against defects in design, workmanship, and materials for one year from the date of acceptance.
