The US General Services Administration has terminated the lease for the Bozeman
Fish Health Center, requiring a
relocation of sensitive laboratory equipment and supplies between August 18, 2025, and August 29, 2025. The contract is a firm fixed price contract for moving services. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the
relocation services. The contractor must have verifiable experience with packing, crating, and transporting scientific or medical-grade lab equipment, adhering to lab requirements, and utilizing appropriate transportation methods for minimizing vibration and shock protection. Detailed documentation of the move process, including inventories, packing lists, and secured chain of custody forms, is required. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract in accordance with the quality assurance surveillance plan. The contractor is not required to perform services on holidays. The work will be performed at the Bozeman
Fish Health Center and Bozeman
Fish Technology Center. The government has unlimited rights to all documents and materials produced under this contract. Contractor and subcontractor personnel may receive, have access to, or participate in the development of proprietary or source selection information, and must notify the contracting officer immediately if such access or participation may result in any actual or potential organizational conflict of interests.
