PFAS analysis in plasma samples Targeted analysis of per and polyfluoroalkyl substances ( PFAS) including specific congeners like perfluorobutanesulfonate ( PFBS) and trifluoroacetic acid ( TFA) using liquid chromatography with tandem high- resolution mass spectrometry ( LC- HRMS). Average detection limit between 0. 01 and 0. 05 ng/mL. Nontargeted analysis using LC- HRMS to quantitate additional PFAS features and annotate them using libraries. Nontargeted LC- HRMS data annotation for other environmental exposures, exposomics, and metabolomics using available libraries. Analysis of 903 plasma samples. Quality control and assurance checks of collected data. Transfer of clean and raw datasets. Shipment of remaining samples. Technical consulting on data analysis and support for scientific materials.
