The US Marine Corps intends to award a sole-source contract to Stryker Sales LLC for annual maintenance services on Stryker brand EMS equipment. The services include inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, repairs, and recertification for fire apparatus and equipment. The project involves major repair and renovation of a three-winged, two-story office building (building 401) due to hazardous conditions. All occupants will be vacated from the east wing during the work. The project includes demolition, asbestos remediation, and construction of new office space, along with upgrades to various building systems. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking vendors to create emergency evacuation maps and floor plans for 25 buildings across three installations (Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, and Naval Base Point Loma). The vendor must provide digital copies of the floor plans and evacuation plans using either Visio or CAD software. The required delivery date is September 26, 2025. Proposals are due August 6, 2025, at 10:30 AM PST. The award will be given to the vendor submitting the proposal representing the best value to the government, considering price and design. Onbase access is required. Small business vendors within a 100-mile radius are encouraged to apply. A site visit is required.
