Renovate Child Advocacy Center This RFP is looking for a design/build contactor to design, permit and construct two additions to the existing wood framed structure to accommodate approximately 1, 000 sf, to include all related infrastructure and all requirements listed within the Scope of Work. Additionally, the entirety of the asphalt roof is to be removed and replaced and a new generator and associated infrastructure is to be provided. These items are to be provided as part of the base bid.
A design/build contractor is sought to design, permit, and construct two additions to an existing wood- framed structure, accommodating approximately 1, 000 sq ft, including all related infrastructure and scope- of- work requirements. The entirety of the asphalt roof is to be removed and replaced, and a new generator with associated infrastructure is to be provided. The contractor must also provide an alternate bid for finish recapitalization within the existing waiting room and any tree removal in the area for the proposed generator.
