The Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor for FY26 barber and beauty services at the Elisabeth Ludeman Center. A mandatory bidder conference is scheduled for June 25, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the Ludeman Center. The contractor must be licensed by the state of Illinois as a barber or cosmetologist. Services will be provided on an appointment basis, a minimum of nine hours per week, between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM weekdays and between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
