Instructors must possess a California Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (CTE) teaching credential or a recognized trade journeyman license. All personnel must pass National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background checks and tool inventory clearances. The contractor must be accredited by the western association of schools and colleges wasc for adult education and be capable of awarding transferable college credits, transcripts, and continuing education units ceus. All personnel must successfully pass national crime information center ncic background checks and tool inventory clearances daily.
