Painting Services Line item 1 interior walls and ceilings: repairpatch andor replace damaged interior walls. Includes all holes, cracks, water damaged gypsum wall and ceiling surfaces. Tape, top, texture and prime as required to match existing finishes. Supply and apply 2 coats or as needed , finish paint per the product list throughout the entire unit including interior surfaces of all closets, open shelves, and pantry closets. New finish paint shall be uniform throughout. As required, all nylon surfaces shall be painted using nylon oilbased enamel paint all metal surfaces shall be painted using metal oilbased paint. Bathroom to receive smooth finish. Line item 2 remove curtains, curtain rods, hooks, nails, screws and other misc. hardware and dispose offsite. Patch and repair holes. VACANT TURNOVER PREPARATIONS PROJECT Electrical wall outlets and switches shall be tested and made to be in operable condition. Cracked, broken or missing electrical receptor or switch cover plates shall be replaced with new nylon cover plates. Interior doors shall be supplied and installed with new door stops. Excess cable wires must be removed from inside entire unit. Throughout the entire exterior of the unit, clean and wash entire exterior of unit. Repair any leaking hose bibs and replace any missing sewer cleanout covers. Remove all debris from the unit interior, front yard and rear yard and dispose offsite.
