Furniture Regulation Government Bids & RFPs

All furniture products shall be manufactured, delivered, and received by the government no later than December 31, 2026. All installation activities shall be completed within 180 calendar days of notice to proceed.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of RFO FAR 12. A single award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value utilizing comparative evaluation.

Prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) and SBA verified SDVOSB concern verified at the date and time set for receipt of offers.

An offeror, who is not SAM registered, or SBA vet cert verified SDVOSB concern at the date and time set for receipt of offers will have their offer rejected as nonresponsive and will not be considered for award.

Delivery, setup, and installation will take place on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, from 9 am to 3 pm. Breakdown and pickup will be on Friday, September 04, 2026, from 9 am to 3 pm.

Payment will be made by the code specified in block 18a. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified.

The government intends to evaluate quotations on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.

A site visit is mandatory and will be scheduled by the government. All questions are due at the time of the site visit.

The estimated total value is $12,500,****.

To be eligible for award, a quote must be received by the date and time indicated and comply with the requirements of the solicitation, including complete itemized pricing, unique entity identifier (UEI) and cage code, a detailed technical description, warranty details, and project schedule. A quotation may be considered ineligible for award if it takes exception to a material solicitation requirement, proposes terms inconsistent with the RFQ, omits required material information, or otherwise fails to demonstrate the quoter's ability to meet the government's requirement.
