dem landscaping 988 52 in the scope of any existing rock removed is to be disposed of by contractor. relevel and grading to provide new smooth, even subbase. apply about 7 to 8 50lbs bags of crew to area. this would need to be a twophase application. contractor would apply to subgrade and then apply again after the installation is complete to the surface. to provide the best possible coverage for the new area. replace all irrigation and tie into the existing drip system. clean up the tree planters. along with trimming 25 trees on the side of the building. remove any weed barrier along with rock. install 30 5gallon plants. install 2 24inch box trees. contractor may or may not require hydro jetting under the sidewalks to fix drip lines. install of winding rock river for drainage. install new combo of 60 rock for slopes 40 dg flat area. compact and relevel then rake new dg.
