Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWINH) is seeking qualified providers to offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals under 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Responses are due by July 30, 2026. Providers must meet minimum qualifications, including being an ABA service provider in or near Wayne County, Michigan. Preferred qualifications include service locations within Wayne County, specific training, and a strong audit score. Services will be delivered in home, clinic, or community settings. Providers must coordinate with case managers and schools. The qualified list will be in effect for approximately five years, through September 30, 2031. Contract awards will be made from this list based on network adequacy, member access, and other factors. Providers must adhere to the DWINH ASD Services Fee Schedule.
Responses are due by Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. local time. Late responses will not be accepted.
Response pricing must reflect net 45 payment terms.
Responses will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications (60%), cultural competence (10%), technical requirements (10%), fiscal responsibility (10%), and workplan and timeline (10%). Past performance may also be considered.

Written questions regarding the substance of the RFQ or scope of services must be submitted by Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. local time.
Causes for disqualification include evidence of collusion, lack of competency or responsibility, uncompleted work that might hinder completion, being in arrears, litigation with DWINH, or having defaulted on previous contracts.
