Washoe County School District (WCSD) is seeking bids for comprehensive on-site wellness screening services and blood draws. Services include biometric screenings and lab testing for eligible employees, spouses, and retirees. Bids are due August 5, 2026, with public opening on the same day. Questions deadline is July 20, 2026. The contract term is initially three years with two optional one-year renewals. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-nothing basis.
Bid submissions are due by August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
WCSD's payment terms are net 30 after services are rendered and an accurate invoice is received. WCSD does not prepay and is tax-exempt.
Bidder warrants that services and products will be performed with skill and care, and products will be free from defects for a minimum of one year from final acceptance.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose submissions meet all terms, conditions, and specifications.
Bidders must be licensed or incorporated to do business in Nevada and possess all pertinent licenses and certifications. They must also submit required forms, including a vendor disclosure form.
In case of default, WCSD may deduct unpaid balances, procure services from another source, hold the bidder responsible for excess costs, assess a penalty of 5% of the total bid price, prohibit future submissions, or pursue other legal remedies.
If site visits are not prearranged, bidders may request them by sending a written request via email to solicitations@washoeschools. net.
An unsuccessful bidder may appeal results by submitting a notice of protest to WCSD's Director of Procurement and Contracts no later than five business days from when the ROA tabulation is posted.
Bids may be rejected for evidence of collusion, failure to meet terms, inability to carry out obligations, being unqualified, or if costs exceed budgetary constraints.
