Bidders must be qualified companies and provide required certificates and licenses. They must also provide 3 references for similar projects.

The question deadline is July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT.

Vendors must comply with the United States Citizenship Attestation Form and the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act. Failure to verify lawful presence or comply with the certification may lead to disqualification or contract termination.

Bids must be received by Monday, July 27, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. EST.

The city shall pay the service provider, subject to any authorized deductions, the applicable prices set forth for each service authorized by the city, and delivered or performed, as the case may be, by the service provider to the satisfaction and acceptance, as appropriate, of the city. Items in dispute shall be paid upon the resolution of the dispute.

The bid specifications request information on the warranty for workmanship and materials, including the type of warranty documents to be included upon project completion. The bid specifications also ask for the expected lifespan of the proposed court surface under normal use.

The city of Fairburn reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the city of Fairburn.
