Vaccines must be FDA-approved for the **** season, provided in single-dose prefilled syringes, and shipped/stored according to CDC cold chain requirements. Packaging must clearly indicate manufacturer, NDC number, lot number, and expiration date. Delivery is required by September 1, 2026, to two locations: FDA White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, MD (2,000 units) and FDA Jefferson Laboratories Campus in Jefferson, AR (200 units). Offers are due electronically by 10:00 AM Eastern on July 6, 2026. Questions are due by 10:00 AM Eastern on June 22, 2026. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
The contractor shall deliver 2,200 units of seasonal influenza vaccine on or before September 1, 2026.
Invoices must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Payment is based on acceptance of deliverables and certification of satisfactory services and accurate labor charges.
The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the government using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source-selection process.
Offerors must meet qualification requirements, including proposed personnel having resided in the U. S. for at least three of the past five years, as per homeland security presidential directive 12 (HSPD-12).
Nonconforming deliveries may be rejected at the contractor's expense. Noncompliance with security articles may detrimentally impact eligibility for award and remain grounds for cancellation, equitable adjustment, or termination after award.
Submissions containing macros, macro-referenced files, or executable files will be considered nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. Noncompliance with security requirements, including residency, may lead to disqualification.
