The solicitation is proprietary, and only specified brands and models will be considered. Bid prices must include delivery F. O. B. destination. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or delivery. The vendor must be within 60 driving miles of the LDFW Lafayette Region 200 Dulles Drive, Lafayette, LA 70506. The bid must specify brand, model, model year, engine, engine warranty, engine displacement, weather resistant wiring harness, high-capacity fuel pump, alternator, high RPM rev limiter, long shaft model, floating tiller steering arm, gear-driven lower unit, full power reverse, 180-degree rotation of lower unit assembly, auto reverse, instant forward and neutral, momentary forward button, tachometer, hour meter, hydraulic power trim, aluminum and stainless steel construction, spine propeller shaft accommodating 2-blade propeller, gen 4 lower unit 1. 5 to 1 gear reduction, and stainless steel muffler. The vendor must be an authorized parts and repair vendor and must install factory rigging, fuel lines, and wiring. The
motor must be mounted to a Prodrive XSeries boat. The boat will be dropped off and picked up by LDFW.
