TXDOT is seeking offers for Moxa networking equipment. The contract will be for the purchase of goods and/or services as described in the Statement of Work. Various shipping locations within Texas. Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The response due date is August 14, 2026, at 3:00 pm CST. Evaluation will be based on a weighted system including approach to meeting requirements (50 points), lead time (10 points), and pricing (40 points). Respondents must monitor the procurement website for updates. Vendor performance rating must be A, B, or C.

TXDOT will pay vendor for the goods and services in accordance with the price schedule and all other terms and conditions of this contract. Prices are all-inclusive and constitute the total maximum compensation.
Vendor must provide warranty documentation for each item, including warranty term, start date, coverage, repair/replacement process, and support contact information. Vendor must assist TXDOT with warranty verification and defective product claims.
Responses will be evaluated on a weighted system: respondents proposed approach to meeting requirements (50 points), lead time (10 points), and pricing (40 points). TXDOT intends to make an award to the respondent offering the best value to the state.
Respondents must have a vendor performance rating of A, B, or C in the CPA vendor performance tracking system. They must also demonstrate ability, capacity, skill, and financial resources to perform the work.
Samples must not be enclosed or attached to a response unless specified. When requested, samples must be furnished at no cost to TXDOT.
A respondent who was not awarded a contract may request a debriefing meeting within 30 calendar days of the date the award is posted to the ESBD.
TXDOT may disqualify a respondent for communicating with unauthorized personnel, submitting false information, making material misrepresentations, or having an unsatisfactory past performance rating.
