The contractor shall provide a completed copy of required accident investigation reports to the CO within five calendar days of each occurrence. The contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to government equipment and property. Contractor must be able to provide proof that their technicians performing the work have active and current NFPA 96 certifications at the time of performing the work that will not expire while work is being performed.
