This performance work statement (PWS) seeks contractors to provide long-range off-road ground mobility training for the 57th rescue squadron. The training will occur from June 26, 2025, in the United States or Europe NATO member countries. Contractors must have at least 10 years of experience training the US DOD, and provide a validated training syllabus of five training days prior to contract award. The training must include instructors with expertise in vehicle mechanics, offroad driving, and recovery techniques, and must encompass at least three training locations with varying terrain, including locations at 3,000ft or higher elevation. The training must also include classroom facilities for 16 members, locations for water crossings, a dedicated medical evacuation plan, and a dedicated safety plan. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for facilitation skills training for 25 NASA Glenn Research Center supervisors and managers. The training will be held at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, from July 7, 2025, to July 28, 2025. Vendors must submit responses by 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Responses should include estimated cost, payment methods, processing fees, rescheduling policy, instructor qualifications, and course syllabus or outline. The training will be an eight-hour in-person session. NASA will provide the training facility, access badge for the instructor, and audio-visual equipment.
