This RFP seeks disaster recovery and remediation services for the Katy Independent School District. The process is governed by Texas Education Code section ****, subsection a3, and contracts must conform to the Uniform Guidance (EDGAR). Proposals must be submitted on the provided proposal form and must be complete and in accordance with the instructions. The contract period will be from September 2, 2025, to June 11, 2025. The successful contractor will not render any service until receiving an approved purchase order. The district reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors. Respondents can submit up to two options in one bid response: option a: bid for one school psychologist, option b: bid for two school psychologists. Eligibility criteria include possessing a current professional school psychologist license in the state of Oregon, maintaining professional liability and commercial general liability insurance, complying with ORS ****, and passing criminal history background checks and sexual conduct training. The term of the contract period will be from September 2, 2025 through June 11, 2025. There will be no renewal provisions in the contract. The authorization to proceed will be in the form of a purchase order issued by Crook County School District. The successful contractor will not render any service until the contractor receives an approved purchase order authorizing the contractor to do so. Crook County School District intends to award the contract to the respondents whose response is the most advantageous to the district, price and other factors considered, and who will provide the highest quality service at fair and competitive prices. Crook County School District reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors when it is in the best interests of the district. When prices are the same, Crook County School District reserves the right to award to one responder or split the award. If extra work is needed outside of the days and hours described, contractor should estimate those hours and include them in the proposal form. The total amount to be paid to the successful contractor will not exceed a maximum dollar amount to be specified in the contract and will be based on the proposal form. Requests for price increases will not be honored. Awards will be made within seven 7 days of proposal opening. Crook County School District will not be responsible for any additional taxes, surcharges, fees, etc. beyond the contractual agreement. Respondents may attach any additional documents, information, or supplementary materials as desired. The proposal form should be the first page of the bid response.
