Contractor to provide expertise and management for adult sports officiating and scorekeeping services. This is a requirements-type indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a 5-year ordering period. Proposals are due by July 12, 2026, 11:00 PM AST. Questions are due by July 5, 2026, 11:00 PM AST. Award will be made using tradeoff procedures, considering technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required for award.
The ordering period for this contract is 5 years, with orders to be placed between June 30, 2026, and September 30, 2031.
Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted electronically via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types for payment requests depend on the contract line item type (cost-type, fixed-price, progress payment, performance-based payment, commercial financing).
The successful contractor will be selected using tradeoff procedures, resulting in the best value to the government. Factors are: 1. Technical acceptability, 2. Past performance, 3. Price.
All contractors providing goods or services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligible for award.
Questions are due no later than July 5, 2026, at 11:00 PM AST. The government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline.
