These SMEs will provide expertise in detention/correctional management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and humane treatment standards. Interested parties must submit a capability statement (maximum 8 pages, excluding cover and introduction pages) detailing their company name and address, technical expertise, technical approach, management approach, corporate experience, and relevant past performance (minimum 3 customers within the last 5 years, including contract name, agency, yearly value, period of performance, and description of work).
