Responses are due by August 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM MDT, to be delivered to ***@***. *. * solicitation is for the repair and maintenance of a 53-foot refrigerated semitrailer used as a tree seedling cooler. The trailer is located at the Ropers Administrative Site, 8 miles north of Gunnison, Colorado. The repair must be completed by the end of July 2025. The offer must include a technical proposal, a price proposal, and contractor representations and certifications. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering both price and other factors. The technical capability will be evaluated on an acceptable or unacceptable basis. Offerors must provide a detailed description of the proposed tree cooler repair components, confirm if the product meets the specifications, include a product brochure for the OEM parts specifications, and confirm their ability to meet the delivery requirements with qualification certifications for the proposed HVAC and mechanical work.

Sealed bids for rebid of GE parts for Silas Ray power plant unit 10 will be received by the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) until 5:00 PM on August 27, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened on August 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Vendors must submit two sets of bid documents. Questions regarding terms, conditions, and technical specifications should be directed to the BPUB purchasing department. The BPUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Payment will be via ACH direct deposit. A W9 or W8 form is required for all vendors. The BPUB is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes. Failure to sign the bid will disqualify it. Additional documents, such as debarment certification, ethics statement, conflict of interest questionnaire, W9 or W8 form, direct deposit form, residence certification form, bid schedule, cost sheet, special instructions, cashier check or bid bond, OSHA 300 log, contractor prebid disclosure, subcontractor prebid disclosure, references, and addenda are required. The BPUB has the right to reject, rebid, accept, and/or extend the bid by up to two weeks from the original submission date if only one or no bid is received. Delivery of materials will only be accepted during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. A delivery ticket and packing list must be furnished with each delivery.

The procurement is for a like-for-like replacement of a primary cooler hatch at the Propulsion Systems Laboratory (PSL). The delivery date is December 15, 2025. The deliverables include the hatch itself, and documentation (drawings, parts lists, operation and maintenance manuals, ASME Section VIII, Division I U-stamp with U2A partial data reports).
