First article test report is due within 180 calendar days from the contract date. Production lots are to be shipped no later than 15 calendar days after receipt of written approval from the contracting officer.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government, considering evaluation factors set forth in Section M.
