The U. S. Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quote conference site visit to discuss the requirements of this solicitation on Friday, July 24, 2026.

All work must be completed by August 28, 2026.

Progress payments are authorized. Payment for the final invoice will be paid within 10 days after acceptance and approval of the work. 10 percent retainage will always be maintained.

The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and labor required to perform the work. Contractors must verify compliance with the federal work authorization program (E-Verify) if they have 10 or more employees. Contractors must also certify compliance with the drug-free workplace act.
