The City of Savannah is seeking prequalified vendors for monument preservation and maintenance services. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 15, 2026. Vendors must submit statements of qualification electronically by August 4, 2026. Prequalification is mandatory to bid on future projects. Specific areas of expertise include architectural/structural assessments, masonry repairs, metal restoration, monument setting, and plaster repairs. Vendors must meet minimum experience requirements and submit project examples and photo samples. Work will be awarded based on best value. All work must comply with OSHA and AIC standards.
Contractors will have two weeks from receipt of the Scope of Work (SOW) to submit a bid for projects. Work shall begin within 30 days of the notice to proceed, and project completion dates will vary by project. Project completion dates will vary by project.
