Proposals will be evaluated based on completeness, clarity, marketing, instructional design, student success, faculty support, regulatory compliance, experiential placement, service delivery, supplier experience, cost, and value-added services.
Suppliers must demonstrate experience in providing OPM services, specifically with health sciences programs like PharmD, and success in online pathway launches and enrollment growth. They must also demonstrate experience supporting national clinical or experiential placements.
If the supplier fails to perform its obligations in a timely and proper manner, the university may terminate the contract and hold the supplier liable for any excess costs incurred by contracting with other sources.
Proposals may be rejected for collusive or sham proposals, failure to meet mandatory requirements, or if the proposal is not submitted electronically through the Bidnet platform by the deadline.
