Bids are requested for rental repair services at the Big Cypress Reservation. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2026. The bid due date is July 10, 2026. All services described in the scope of work must commence within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of purchase order and must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe.
The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date and lead time, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.
Bidders must have an existing active funded service agreement with the Tribe's Housing Department, be the prime contractor, hold a current certified license relevant to these services, have a minimum of one year of experience, and maintain a fully equipped organization.
