The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires
healthcare furniture for the VA Palo Alto mental health building. The contract includes specialized seating and professional installation. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Delivery and installation must be coordinated with the VA point of contact (POC) no later than five days after contract award. The contractor must provide a project manager to oversee delivery, installation, and address concerns. Personnel must wear contractor-provided identification and VA visitor badges. The contractor is responsible for all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and management related to delivery, loading, unloading, placement, installation, assembly, securing, and disposal of packing materials.
