The contractor must possess the reach back capability to provide subject matter experts holding the following credentials: CSP: certified safety professional. cih: certified industrial hygienist. pe: professional engineer civil environmental for remediation demolition. cpea: certified professional environmental auditor. hazwoper: all field staff must have current osha 40 hour training and medical monitoring clearance.

The estimated IDIQ limit is $4. 5M.

The bid notice states The term of this agreement is for fivemonths after signed by the city manager or designee and issuance of a notice to proceed.

Payment terms are net 30 days after each delivery of goods and or services are completed as required or a correct invoice is received, whichever is later.

The contractor warrants that all products supplied under this agreement are new, quality items that are free from defects, fit for their intended purpose, and of good material and workmanship.

The city will recommend award to the proposer whose proposal offers the best value to the city based on the following criteria: weighted criteria the following criteria will be used to evaluate the request for proposal evaluation criteria criteria weight minimum qualifications required 5 years in business no material lawsuits during the last 5 years passfail no material regulatory issued last 5 years references provided for firm technical evaluation 70 points firms experience 30 points experience on projects of similar scope and complexity demonstrate capabilitycapacity on comparable projects past performance and reference checks teams experience 20 points team members with experience and qualifications team members experience with work of similar scope and complexity. understanding of project scope 20 points demonstrated understanding of scope of services demonstrated understanding and experience with similar service with a public agency. pricing 30 points

The proposer must have operated continuously for a minimum of 5years as an established firm in providing the same or similar services as outlined in this rfp.

A job walk is not mandatory but may be requested through the purchasing officer.
