The performance work statement (PWS) outlines requirements for aircraft maintenance, cleaning, and washing services for squadrons within Marine Aircraft Group MAG 26 and MAG 29 at Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC. Personnel performing specific functions must be qualified to perform collateral duty inspector (CDI) or collateral duty quality assurance representative (CDQAR) within 90 days of contract award. The contractor must possess the ability to work independently and have the technical proficiency to qualify as CDI or CDQAR. All maintenance will be performed and inspected in accordance with the NAMP, maintenance requirement cards (MCRs), and applicable technical publications. The contractor must submit a monthly personnel roster report, a workforce contingency plan, program reviews (PMRs) quarterly, and a quality control plan within 30 calendar days of award. The contractor must report all contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, via a secure data collection site (eCMRA). This RFP seeks proposals for the production and installation of 28-foot composite radome assemblies, spare parts, data deliverables, travel, training material, disassembly, and disposal of legacy radomes for the AN FPS 124 short-range radar system. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) with a five-year period of performance and a two-year extension option.
