The performance work statement (PWS) outlines requirements for aircraft maintenance, cleaning, and washing services for squadrons within Marine Aircraft Group MAG 26 and MAG 29 at Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC. The contractor must provide support during specific shift operations, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. All contractor personnel must possess and maintain qualifications on the maintenance, modification, and repair experience on the aircraft platforms. Personnel performing specific functions must be qualified to perform collateral duty inspector (CDI) or collateral duty quality assurance representative (CDQAR) within 90 days of contract award. The contractor must possess the ability to work independently and have the technical proficiency to qualify as CDI or CDQAR. All maintenance will be performed and inspected in accordance with the NAMP, maintenance requirement cards (MCRs), and applicable technical publications. The contractor must submit a monthly personnel roster report, a workforce contingency plan, program reviews (PMRs) quarterly, and a quality
