The Pasco School District is seeking bids for the relocation and repair of 4 portable classrooms. The project is divided into two bid packages: Site Work and Portable Repair. Prospective bidders can access bid documents electronically starting May 18, 2026, through the Tricity Construction Council. A Washington State contractor's license is required at the time of bid submission. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than five percent of the total bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The bid notice states that monthly payments may be made by the owner to the contractor, with 95 percent of each estimate paid prior to project completion.
