Washington County Community College, hereinafter referred to as WCCC, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for Boiler Removal and Replacement.
Boiler removal and replacement Removal and disposal of four existing boilers, supply and installation of four new high- efficiency boilers ( Trio series 7 section oil boiler with Reillo burner), installation of associated accessories ( pumps, expansion tanks, air vents), installation of new venting/flue systems, modification or replacement of oil piping, reconnection to existing hydronic heating system, replacement or modification of piping headers, disconnection and reconnection of power to new boilers, provision of new wiring and disconnects, integration with existing electrical infrastructure, provision of new boiler control systems, integration with existing building automation system ( BAS), installation of sensors for BAS, commissioning, startup, testing, balancing, provision of commissioning report and efficiency tests, obtaining necessary permits, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, submission of O& M manuals, as- built drawings, and warranties, provision of minimum 1- year labor warranty a
