North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking bids for preventative maintenance and repair services for generators and ATS units. The contract term is three years. Bidders must register on NTTA Marketplace and acknowledge the RFB. A virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 2, 2026. Questions are due by July 9, 2026. Bids are due by July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT and will be opened virtually on the same day. Bidders are encouraged to upload bids to NTTA Marketplace and must check the confidential box for any confidential documents. The award will be to the lowest responsible bidder. All costs incurred in preparing the bid are the bidder's responsibility.

Invoices must be sent to NTA accounts payable and the NTA electrical department supervisor for approval. Invoices shall include contract PO number, project location, start and completion dates, and final project price. For parts charges, a copy of the original third-party supplier invoice and MSRP or current list price shall be provided.
All materials and services are warranted to be free from defects and fit for intended use. Warranties include twelve months on repairs, labor, and materials, and the manufacturer's warranty on new equipment/parts.
The award will be to the lowest responsible bidder. NTA may consider purchase price, reputation, quality of goods/services, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, and total long-term cost.
Bidders must be experienced and qualified companies. A capability questionnaire is provided to ensure bidders can safely meet the requirements and responsibilities of the scope of work.

Formal protests must be submitted to the director of procurement services no later than five business days after the earlier of the date the protestor was aware of the matter or the date the contract award was made.
Failure to comply with provisions, such as unauthorized contact with NTA personnel or failure to update bids after addendums, can lead to disqualification.
