The vendor shall notify the city immediately in the case of a spill accident. If a spill is detected by city personnel after delivery has been made and it has not been contained, cleaned up, or disposed of, the city will immediately contain, clean up, and return the site to the condition existing before the spill. The vendor shall, in this case, be liable for the cost of containment, clean up, and returning the site to the prespill conditions.
Failure to follow instructions and requirements of this invitation to bid ITB may be cause for rejection of bid. Please check bid packet, bid amount calculations, and bid container prior to submission. Corrections to bid documents will not be allowed after bids are opened.
