TPWD is seeking to purchase one hydraulic oyster patent tong system and one hydraulic power unit (hpu) manufactured by Coastal Hydraulics. The bid deadline is August 27, 2026, at 2:00 pm CT. Unit prices must include all shipping, handling, fuel surcharges, tariff, and delivery fees (FOB destination). The award will be based on best value, considering price, qualifications, experience, and delivery schedule. Installation service is not required, but vendor engineering oversight is required during installation performed by TPWD personnel.
