The period of performance for this contract will be 1 July 2026 - 30 September 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices may be submitted once each month or at more frequent intervals, if approved by the contracting officer.

A site visit will be conducted on 9 June 2026 at 10:00am Japan Standard Time. All attendees shall meet at the pass and ID office at the legion gate, Camp Foster. Interested parties shall submit a site visit reservation form for all attendees not to exceed 2 persons by 8 June 2026 11:00am Japan Standard Time.

Incomplete submittals may not be considered for award.

Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate as the like items called for under the purchase order, unless the parties otherwise agree.

Contractors having the expertise and capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers.

Interested parties may request an independent review of the agency protest at a level above the contracting officer.

The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). All onsite work, including cleanup, shall take place between 07:30-15:15h Monday through Friday, with specific off-hours requirements for hallway and noisy work. Failure to register in SAM in sufficient time to meet the VA's requirement will make an interested party ineligible to receive a government contract.
