Warranty documentation is required as part of the submittals within 15 days after contract award.

The government intends to make a single award to a quoter whose quotation, conforming to requirements of the solicitation, is determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote received.

Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number with their quotes. Technical acceptability will be evaluated based on provided manufacturer technical data.

Protests filed directly with the Department of Justice are addressed in section H.

Failure to provide all required documentation detailed in section L, quote submission requirements and instructions, may result in your quote being considered nonresponsive and eliminated from consideration for award. Failure to complete SAM registration procedures may result in elimination from consideration for award.

The draft work plan is due within 30 calendar days of the date of task order award, and the final work plan is due within 60 calendar days of the date of award.

The draft work plan shall include a list of employees, their educational certificates, and licenses.

It is recommended that the contractor visit the site prior to bidding on this contract.

The United States Air Force reserves the right to stop work under this project for any safety or other legal violations at no additional cost to the government.
