The bid is for replacing the patio deck roof at the Hall County Government Center. Bidders must attend at least one prebid meeting on November 18 or 20, 2025. Bids are due December 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. A letter of bondability is required. The awarded bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. The county is exempt from sales tax.
The contract term will be for 120 days after the issuance of a notice to proceed.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days in arrears from the date the invoice is accepted.
The scope of work includes a 20-year manufacturers warranty at no additional cost to the county.
The county intends to award the contract to one company that it deems to be the lowest cost, responsible and responsive bidder to perform all the work described herein.
Bidders must be in the regular business of providing similar services and must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the state of georgia.
If the contractor fails to timely correct the deficiency or deficiencies, the county reserves the right to delay or deny payment or terminate the contract.
