Bidders must provide all requested information for each line item bid upon, or the bid will be rejected for that line item.
If the problem continues beyond the specified period the contractor may be found in breach of the contract, and the contract may be canceled.
The bid notice states odoc reserves the right to request samples after bid closing from one or more bidders during the evaluation process.
