Request for bids for an updated audio mixing and control system for the gymnasium at Corner Canyon High School. Includes new wireless microphone systems, media player, audio power amplifiers, and Bluetooth connectivity. Updated video inputs and outputs to the projector are included. An ALS system is provided for ADA compliance. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT. Failure to attend the mandatory conference will result in disqualification. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave. The supplier must be licensed to do business in Utah, have five years of installation experience, be CTSi certified, and provide a four-hour call-out service. Liquidated damages of **** per calendar day apply for failure to substantially complete the work by the published date.
Delivery lead time must be provided. If the low bid supplier cannot provide merchandise in an acceptable time frame, CSD will move to the next low bid. If the awarded supplier does not meet stated delivery time, it will be considered a breach of contract and the purchase order may be canceled.
