The anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with two possible option years. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed three years.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the one responsible quoter whose quote submission conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the best overall value to the government through the use of the tradeoff process, price and other factors considered. Quoters must receive at least a meets expectations rating on the nonprice factors to be eligible for award.

Failure on the part of the contractor or its subcontractors to comply with the terms of the clause **** may be grounds for the contracting officer to terminate this contract for default.
