WIOA One Stop Operator - Request for Proposals The St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department ( IGD) is requesting proposals from qualified and capable agencies to utilize Community Service Block Grant ( CSBG) funds for eligible activities. These activities include: 1. Food Pantry: Providing emergency nutritious food and food commodity personal hygiene items to low- income families and individuals. 2. Youth Program: Offering a range of services for urban community youth aged 5- 18, focusing on positive youth development and skills for academic and social success. 3. Reentry Services: Assisting St. Clair County residents re- entering post- incarceration with documentation, housing, job skills, job placement, government program applications, and behavioral programs. 4. Crisis Support Services: Providing immediate, short- term services for individuals experiencing mental health, emotional, behavioral, or substance use crises, ensuring safety and support.
