Sauna Government Bids & RFPs

Work must be completed by October 16, 2020. The construction timeline is 08/26/2020 to 10/16/2020. completion date: october 16, 2020

Failure to provide required bonds within 5 days may constitute default, and the contractor may be liable for excess costs. the contractor may be liable for any costs of performing the work which exceed the amount of his bid

Interested vendors must provide detailed feedback covering corporate profile, qualifications, and technical operational approach.

Proposals must be received no later than: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 10:00 a. m.

Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria: evaluation criterion 1 vendor experience and qualifications 30 quality and feasibility of operational plan 30 relevant experience with similar projects 20 proposed fee structure and overall value to the town 20

Proposals will be evaluated on technical approach (30 points), related experience (15 points), management experience (15 points), safety (30 points), and price (10 points). an evaluation team, composed of representatives of the city, will evaluate proposals on a variety of quantitative and qualitative criteria.

Proposers must provide information on their plan to ensure user safety, including staff training and policies. how do you intend to keep users safe entering and exiting the water what policies do you have to ensure that sauna exposure and or contrast therapy does not have an adverse effect on users
