A communication plan is required, including communications with businesses and residential properties along the project route. Outages will be handled using normal Chugach outage notification procedures. Bidders must submit their bid sheets with pricing in excel format via the Chugach website or email by 2:00 PM on May 15, 2025. All questions regarding the bid documents must be submitted by 12:00 PM on May 6, 2025. Answers will be distributed by COB on May 8, 2025.
