All bidders shall have complied with the prequalification requirements of the City of Enid, Oklahoma.
Failure to execute the contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time specified may result in forfeiture of the proposal guaranty as liquidated damages.
Bidders are required to visit the site of the work to examine local conditions and inform themselves of difficulties.
The contractor shall submit samples of materials, finish, appliances, etc. , when required by the engineer, and all such samples must be approved in writing before the work is executed.
Bidders may be disqualified for submitting more than one proposal, being interested in more than one proposal, collusion, being in arrears on existing contracts, having defaulted on a previous contract, lack of competency, or uncompleted work that hinders prompt completion.
