The period of performance is base 3 option years. Base year: 08 Jul 2026 - 07 Jul 2027; Option Year I: 08 Jul 2027 - 07 Jul 2028; Option Year II: 08 Jul 2028 - 07 Jul 2029; Option Year III: 08 Jul 2029 - 07 Jul 2030.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The contractor shall use WAWF to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports. The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in WAWF for this contract or task or delivery order:

The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The Nikon Eclipse Ci-L Plus LED Microscope Package includes a 5-year warranty for the high luminescent LED illuminator.

A vendor meeting all administrative compliance requirements will receive a rating of pass and move forward to the final evaluation factor: low price.

The vendor must be registered in SAM. gov and the GSA Order Management Services (OMS) vendor portal or have the ability to receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

In the event your firm ships an item that does not meet the specifications of the requirement, your firm will be responsible for a refund of the payment, or a correct replacement item and any cost incurred by the government.

If any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank on pages 1 and 2 of this document including the section 3 questions or if the completion of required clauses and provision fillins are not made as applicable, further consideration for award will not be made.
