All bids are to be f. o. b. destination freight prepaid and allowed. The university reserves the right to request samples of any or all items bid in order to determine compliance with the specifications. The bidder must provide the samples within ten 10 days of the request and at no charge to the university. All products shall be packaged in 50 lb. plastic bags. Contractor shall deliver within 12 hours of ordering, if the occasional rush pick up is needed, contractor shall allow pickup of materials by the pallet, loading of pallets is the responsibility of contractor. Contractor shall be able to supply materials at any time during a winter event 24 hours a day. Bidders are requested to include a USB drive with their bid response in addition to the printed hard copy of the bid. All yearly quantities referenced in the proposal form are estimates only. The university makes no guarantee or promises as to the actual quantities ordered. The university reserves the right to request samples of any or all items bid as alternates. The bidder should provide these samples to the purchasing office within ten 10 days of the request at no charge to the university. These samples are nonreturnable. Failure to comply may be cause for rejection of bid.

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS IMF) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Juggerbot 3D for maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment, specifically a 3D printer and dryer. The period of performance is from approximately September 18, 2025, to September 17, 2026, with four option years. The contract includes scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and training. Juggerbot 3D is the only authorized service provider for the equipment due to proprietary rights and complexity. Interested parties must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit capability documentation by email to the specified addresses. Responses will be considered for determining whether a competitive procurement will be conducted. The government is not responsible for costs incurred by interested parties.

The 920th Rescue Wing (RQW) is seeking a supplier for a Spydercrane **** minicrawler crane package. Delivery must occur within 30 days of contract award to Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), FL. Interested parties must submit a brief description of their company's business size, status, teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the government and commercial customers. The submission must include DUNS, CAGE code, SAM expiration date, GSA contract number (if applicable), and any related specifications/drawings.
